Strategic Development Plan 2025 – 2030

 

This Strategic Development Plan outlines the vision, priorities, and actions for The Edward Richardson Primary School over the next five years, from September 2025 to July 2030. It builds on the successes of our previous plan while adapting to emerging needs and opportunities to ensure that we continue to provide an outstanding education and nurturing environment for our pupils.

 

The plan reflects our commitment to our values, the views of stakeholders, and our aspiration to be a leading school in our community. It serves as the foundation for decision-making, resource allocation, and the continuous improvement of our school.
